This occurs because you're not connected to the Internet with a stable connection - usually due to issues with your local network or with your ISP. While disconnected, changes you make on Curiosity will not get saved. Once you re-establish a connection to the server, all changes you've made can be submitted and everything will be fine, but if you close this tab or your browser crashes in the meantime, you will lose your changes.
